MeterFeeder uses Parade to close larger contracts

MeterFeeder redesigned their website to earn the trust of larger municipalities.

“Over my 25 years of web development, I would be hard-pressed to find a smoother process than Parade. They understood a relatively complex vision after one conversation!”

The Story

MeterFeeder had established a strong base of early adopters and was ready to start competing for larger contracts with bigger cities, but Jim sensed MeterFeeder’s branding and website were undermining its credibility in those deals. Jim used Parade to choose a more modern, professional headline font and accent color, and create a new website design. Shortly after launching the new site, MeterFeeder signed up Pittsburgh, its biggest customer at the time.

The Impact

“In January (following the launch of the site we made with Parade), Meterfeeder grew 16.3% week over week. We’ve now landed bigger deals than we had in the years previous.” – Jim Gibbs, Co-Founder & CEO
