Pages module now globally supported

All themes now support our new Pages module. The module is replacing the out-dated Blurbs module. If a theme was released before Pages were available there will now be an updated theme that looks and behaves the same, but boasts the new Pages module’s features.
Our newest themes only have one version: the Pages version. There is no old Blurbs version for these themes.
We recommend all users upgrade their accounts to use the new Pages version of their current theme.
